Hi, I’m Dr. Peter A. Tomasello Jr.,
Shedding light on an orthopedic condition can sometimes be challenging for patients. Horizon Orthopedics takes pride in providing a nurturing environment centered around putting your mind at ease and educating you about available care choices.
Your trust is our top priority, so we take the time to listen and understand what has brought orthopedic pain or discomfort into your life.
Our integrative approach offers preventive guidance and non-surgical rehabilitation before surgery becomes an option. This way, we can tailor treatment plans based on an individual's circumstances rather than just following standard guidelines set by other surgeons without understanding a person's needs firsthand.
By providing you with unparalleled attention, we're dedicated to helping you get the most out of life again, performing the activities you love - better, stronger, and pain-free.

We Use Dynamic Treatment Options to Help Our Patients’ Regain Mobility and Stability. Here Are Some Steps to Expect:
We perform a thorough evaluation of your pain levels and range of motion. We'll then determine whether an MRI is needed to help us pinpoint which therapies or surgeries might be best suited for you.
Our team believes in getting to the root of your pain. That's why we offer various treatments like individualized plans, injection therapies, and minimally invasive surgery as our last resort when all other options have been exhausted.
Your orthopedic post-treatment care starts with testing your range of motion, followed by facilitating therapy at home or in the office. If some instances need additional treatment via injections, it would significantly reduce pain and expedite recovery time.
